Cadillac Digital
Campaign Systems
A scalable digital campaign system developed for Bayway Cadillac of The Woodlands, delivering consistent Cadillac brand experiences across marketing channels.

Case Study
A quick overview of the project context, business challenge, objectives, my role, and the strategy behind the final solution.
Project Overview
A multi-year campaign system developed for Bayway Cadillac of The Woodlands, operating within Cadillac's national luxury brand standards while supporting ongoing dealership sales, service, and event initiatives.
The work required balancing strict brand compliance with localized marketing needs, maintaining a refined and consistent brand experience across high-frequency campaign cycles.
The Challenge
Cadillac provides structured nationwide brand guidelines and standardized templates. However, dealership marketing operates on a different cadence, requiring:
-
Recurring promotional campaigns
-
Service and parts messaging
-
Dealer-exclusive sales events
-
Custom initiatives not supported by national assets
-
Adaptation to evolving brand standards (2021–2024)
The core challenge was preserving Cadillac's premium brand experience while accommodating localized urgency and promotional messaging.
Design Strategy
Rather than treating each campaign as a standalone execution, I focused on building repeatable visual systems within Cadillac's established framework.
-
Developed modular email compositions aligned with Cadillac's typography, spacing, and imagery standards
-
Established consistent hierarchy to balance refinement with promotional clarity
-
Adapted layouts for single- and multi-column structures depending on campaign needs
-
Designed within the dealership's standardized 600 px responsive template, ensuring modules stacked cleanly across devices
When dealer-exclusive events were not supported by national templates, new compositions were created directly from brand guidelines, translating Cadillac's visual language into localized promotional executions without compromising luxury positioning.
The emphasis was on building scalable design systems rather than isolated campaign executions.
The Solution
The project included a wide range of dealership marketing assets:
-
Email campaigns (sales, service, events, and customer review initiatives)
-
Digital display advertising
-
Social media creative
-
Website banners
-
Select print collateral for dealership events
Every deliverable followed the same typographic hierarchy, spacing system, and brand-approved imagery to create a consistent experience across every customer touchpoint.

Layout & Visual Structure
Modular email and digital compositions aligned with Cadillac’s national
brand standards, adaptable to dealership-level messaging.
Approved vehicle and lifestyle imagery from GM asset libraries ensured visual consistency across campaigns.
Ongoing Campaign Systems
Ongoing sales, service, and customer retention initiatives were supported through structured email and digital campaigns aligned with Cadillac’s national brand standards. Recurring monthly promotions, seasonal service messaging, and review-driven engagement efforts were developed within modular layouts designed for consistency and scalability.
Each campaign extended across email, display, web, and select print applications, maintaining typographic hierarchy, brand-approved imagery, and clear promotional messaging while adapting to dealership-specific priorities.

Dealer Event Campaigns
Dealer-exclusive event initiatives required custom campaign systems beyond Cadillac’s national promotional templates. Experiences such as the Private LYRIQ Driving Experience, Escalade demo showcases, and invitation-only events including the Chris Botti Jazz Concert and Kameron Marlowe Private Concert were developed to elevate brand engagement and strengthen client relationships.
The primary challenge was balancing localized promotional needs with Cadillac’s luxury positioning — ensuring event marketing maintained refinement while driving attendance and exclusivity. Without standardized national assets for these initiatives, modular layouts were built directly from Cadillac’s brand guidelines, adapting typography, spacing, and imagery to suit experiential messaging.
Campaign executions extended across email invitations, social media promotion, and print collateral including flyers and posters. Each touchpoint was structured to preserve visual consistency, reinforce event prestige, and support measurable goals such as RSVP generation, attendance growth, and high-value customer engagement.
